The Restore & Revitalize Women’s Circle: What’s it All About?

Second Saturday each month · 9:30–11:30 a.m.
All abilities welcome · Low-key · No pressure to share

A space to breathe, move, and reconnect

In our fast-moving world, women are often stretched thin—caring for others, managing work and home, staying informed and productive—while longing for moments of calm connection. The Restore & Revitalize Women’s Circle was created to offer that pause. Each month, we gather for two peaceful hours of gentle body movement, stretching, breathing practices, stress-reduction techniques, and a grounding pelvic-bowl meditation. This is not a fitness class or a therapy group. It’s an invitation to reconnect with yourself, rest your nervous system, and remember what it feels like to be supported in community.

Why community and connection matter

Modern research confirms what our hearts already know: meaningful human connection is vital for health.
• Loneliness is widespread. About one in five U.S. adults report feeling lonely “a lot of the day,” and roughly 34% of adults 50–80 years old feel isolated at least part of the year. (Gallup 2024; Healthy Aging Poll 2023)
• Loneliness affects health profoundly. The CDC notes that chronic social isolation raises the risk of heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, dementia, depression, anxiety, and premature death.
• Connection protects us. Studies show that strong social ties reduce mortality risk by up to 50% and improve immune function, stress regulation, sleep, and overall well-being. (PMC 2024 Review)
When we gather, breathe, move, and share presence, we’re not just relaxing—we’re engaging one of the most powerful health interventions available: genuine human connection.

What to expect during the circle

~Breathwork to calm and regulate your nervous system
~Gentle movement and stretching suitable for every body and ability
~Stress-reduction tools you can bring into daily life
~Pelvic-bowl meditation to deepen embodiment and inner awareness
~Community connection with no pressure to talk—listening quietly is welcome

Each circle closes with a short reflection and a sense of renewed grounding before you step back into the world.

Why women love it

Participants often describe feeling “lighter,” “more centered,” and “re-connected to myself.” It’s a simple but profound reset button—a two-hour exhale that reminds you you’re not alone in navigating life’s intensity.
