We offer two online programs designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re brand-new to lifestyle change or ready for more structured support. You don’t have to be a patient at Flourish to take part in these programs, and since they are all online, you can join from anywhere.
Each program will also include access to our private online community (off social media).

This program is for those ready to take a deep dive into Lifestyle Medicine. Each week, you’ll receive a new lesson full of evidence-based education and guided homework—helping you build sustainable, long-term habits and progress toward better health.
